Wedding Details

Wedding Ceremonies
Every wedding – no matter how large or small – involves many details to be looked after. From locations to specific site layout, there are many elements to consider when planning your special day. To make your planning easier, we have compiled this list of items for your wedding and reception that you may not have considered in the excitement of creating your special day. Of course, your dedicated Maryland wedding specialist is on hand to answer any other questions or concerns you may have.

Beverage
Additional hours of beverage may be added to your package.  Consult with your catering manager for more details.  Wine service during dinner may be arranged at the per bottle cost.
Service Charge and Tax
Applicable Service Charges of 21% and State Sales taxes will be added to all Food and Beverage served.

Deposit and Payment Procedures
Upon confirmation, an initial deposit of 40% is required to hold your space.  An additional deposit of 40% of the remaining balance is due three months prior to your wedding date.  The final balance will be due ten business days prior to your event along with your final guaranteed number of guest due 72 hours prior.  All deposits are non-refundable.
Minimum Revenue Commitment
A minimum food and beverage revenue is required to reserve the ballroom.  Please ask your wedding coordinator for specific amount.
Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up
Most of our wedding sites can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table.

Dance Floor and Risers
These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.

Ceremony Room
Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa & Marina can create a ceremony room, set in round or chapel style. Choose from any number of locations to find the one to suit your style.


Audio-Visual equipment
Our onsite audio-visual experts can help you execute your ideas, from a slide show to special lighting.

Ice Sculptures
Our team of culinary experts can create an ice sculpture to match your theme, from simple to the most elaborate ideas.

Parking
Valet parking is available for your wedding guests at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa & Marina in Maryland.
