Order of Events
From traditional to your own unique vision, allow your wedding specialist to assist you in deciding the flow of your day.
Additional hours of beverage may be added to your package. Consult with your catering manager for more details. Wine service during dinner may be arranged at the per bottle cost.
Service Charge and Tax
Applicable Service Charges of 22% and State Sales taxes will be added to all Food and Beverage served.

Deposit and Payment Procedures
Upon confirmation, an initial deposit of 40% is required to hold your space. An additional deposit of 40% of the remaining balance is due three months prior to your wedding date. The final balance will be due ten business days prior to your event along with your final guaranteed number of guest due 72 hours prior. All deposits are non-refundable.
Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up
These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.
Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa & Marina can create a ceremony room, set in round or chapel style. Choose from any number of locations to find the one to suit your style.
Minimum Revenue Commitment
A minimum food and beverage revenue is required to reserve the ballroom. Please ask your wedding coordinator for specific amount.
Valet parking is available for your wedding guests at the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa & Marina in Maryland.
